Living room, open plan dining room/kitchen, downstairs toilet/shower room, main bathroom upstairs. Wireless internet and kitchen has washing machine, fridge/freezer and oven! TV point in the bedroom. A narrow garden with two outbuildings (one big enough to store bike), a pond and plenty of room to sit outside to sunbathe. You would be sharing the house with the owner - male, professional and early 30s :-)
