I am a professional lady looking for a female to share my lovely house with, I would like a professional female who is quiet, honest and respectful. I have a Horse a small Pomeranian dog and two very elderly cats so an animal lover is a must. My house is kept very clean and tidy at all times so I would expect a tenant to also be very tidy and not leave any mess. I am a beauty therapist and work from home in an allocated room. The room to let is at the rear of the house overlooking the garden and right next to the bathroom.
