Strictly no pets, smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises and sorry but I cannot accommodate children.

£625 deposit includes a £25 key deposit, plus one month’s rent in advance.
Rental subject to one month initially then rolling monthly contracts.
References required and proof of academic (staff or student) status.
