Double Room in quiet village location

We are offering a ground floor double bedroom for rent. The room is furnished with a double bed, small table, chairs, and a wardrobe. There is a bathroom next to it with a loo and sink. The main bathroom is upstairs and has another loo, bath and shower. There is use of the kitchen complete with cooker, hob and combi microwave, washing machine and fridge. There is broadband as well as have a 42" 3d smart tv, 3d blu ray player however we do not have cable or Sky.
We are a married couple, both professionals. I, Mel teach part time and Paul, is an ICT person in 2 schools and an administrator. I Mel am away from home a couple of nights a week as I have commitments on the East of Leicester which require me being there.
We have a sitting room which is available and the occasional daughter who returns on an ad hoc basis. She is starting work in September so maybe around more frequently.
We are a fairly quiet couple who enjoy cooking, watching quiz shows and generally being sociable. We don't mind a smoker on the understanding that smoking is outside! There is car parking on the street which is a quiet cul-de-sac where most of the residents work so it is really quiet during the day. The house is a 5 minute walk to the bus stops which have frequent services to both Loughborough and Leicester. If you want any further details please get in touch.
