Perfect location, perfect house, perfect roomy

The vacant room currently consists of a single bed (more than welcome to bring your own double of course), wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of storage space. It is at the rear of the property where no neighbours can see in. You will have full use of the house including Sky TV (all packages), Wifi, DVD player in the front room. There is a large cosy lounge area, moving through an archway to a dining room with French doors onto the patio/garden, connecting to the spacious kitchen, again leading out onto the patio/garden. The bathroom is brand new, with bath and shower. I am a football fan, and play regularly. I socialise at weekends and work Monday - Friday (8am-6pm). I am looking for a very easy going, considerate and responsible housemate, who also has a secure working career and social life. Although guests/partners are always more than welcome, I would not want a guest/partner constantly at the house, or being there without either occupiers. I would be happy to share food bills/meals if this is your preference, but this would not be included in the monthly rent.
