We have a large double en-suite studio room to rent in Narborough - close to Leicester.

The accommodation is accessed privately from the main house being a studio layout and includes:
- sleeping area with king bed and large wardrobe;
- kitchenette with fridge, mini oven and hob, storage etc;
- shower room and WC;
- lounge area with TV, desk, seating and pull-out double guest bed.
- access to large shared garden with outdoor spa

There is good wifi connection throughout.

There is good access to buses (5 minute walk) and trains to Leicester/Birmingham - 10 minute walk to station.

We have ample parking for cars on a shared driveway with us.

The price quoted is for single occupancy based on six months occupancy. Double occupancy/short term let rates to be discussed.
