4 miles from M1 Junction 20. South facing en suite double sized room on ground floor. The shower is electric. The house is heated with oil fired central heating. Off street parking available. House is non-smoking.

The house is quite spacious and there are two living rooms so separate interests can be accommodated easily. The ground floor living room has satellite TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is not very large so you would need to be flexible and tidy (I will try and be the same!). There is a separate small dining room.

The house is currently on the market, however there are no purchasers on the horizon at the moment and due to time taken for house sales to go through, the house will be available for at least 3 months. At least one one months notice would be given in the event the house is sold.
I enjoy reading, swimming, walking, and playing bridge. Occasionally, I cycle but since this is dependant on the weather it is very occasional in this country.
