X2 Double Rooms To Rent In Oakham

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room, I'm 27, I have a 4 year old spaniel who's well behaved, he might steal the odd sock from you, but apart that he's great. The house is a 3 storey town house with a garage, garden, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, modern kitchen and a lounge / dining room. The house dose have a gym with weights and a spinning bike and a flat screen TV hooked up to a movie library as well (i'll use it one day).

I'm laid back and easy to get along with; Ideally, you'll be clean, tidy and a bit of a dog lover. I work locally, but occasionally I have to work in London, so you'd be a hero if you could help out with rufus.

I do have some furniture for the spare room, but its a single bed and a couple of bed side tables, if you have some stuff to bring with you it would be ideal. If the single bed is a deal breaker, I'm happy to try and sort out a double.

When you email me guys could you tell me a bit about yourself, (age, jobs, interests etc) I'm looking for someone to fit the culture of the house rather than to just rush some one in for the money.
