Double room in Quorn

Large double bedroom available in a cosy cottage, located in the heart of Quorn.

The room is bright and spacious and is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and small desk.

Use of kitchen, lounge and garden. Shared bathroom.

The house is very close to the centre of Quorn, and is a short walk away from several pubs and restaurants, two supermarkets, cafes, shops, takeaways and green space.

Right on the main bus line between Loughborough and Leicester for easy commuting - the nearest bus stop is just outside the house. Loughborough train station is easily accessible. Ample on-street parking is available to the side and rear of the property.

Available Monday - Friday each week, £100 per week (for 4 nights), inclusive of all bills. The room would be yours and you are welcome to leave clothes etc over the weekend. Would be ideal for an individual working away from home during the week.
Occasional weekend stays or a full time let could be negotiated for the right person.

Sharing with a 23 year old professional female. Hoping to find a housemate with similar interests!
