Large shared living room and bathroom consisting of toilet, sink, cubicle shower and free standing bath.
Large garden to rear with decked seating area and garage with both driveway and on street parking. Lovely neighbours. Clean property currently being modernised by myself.

All bills are included in the rent including council tax, gas, electricity, water, Sky+ in living room and unlimited wireless broadband.

Lovely village location, very quiet and local shops and pubs just round the corner. Excellent bus service to Leicester, Nottingham, East Midlands Airport, Derby and Loughborough and is close to the A6, A46, A47 and M1 motorway. Convenient for Loughborough and Leicester/DMU Universities.

Looking for trustworthy, considerate and friendly professionals/Students who are as easy going yet respectful as we are.

Smokers are welcome but must never smoke indoors.
Pets are allowed at our discretion, preferably small/caged only. but are negotiable.

We own the house and I live here full time but my partner currently works away so she is back about once a week.
My partner and I are very easy to live with and extremely courteous and respectful, always quiet when we need to be.

We have a dog who is house trained, very well behaved, quiet and loving, so must not mind dogs! We also have 3 chickens at the rear of the garden so eggs are always available!

Prefer a minimum of 6 months stay but we can be flexible on terms.
