Short term house share in quiet village

Double bedroom available in a lovely village, quiet location with stunning countryside views. Well located for Uppingham (2miles) and Corby, Kettering, Stamford, Oakham are all close by too.

You would be sharing the house with just myself, the room is fully furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage space.

Good size comfortable sitting room with large tv & unlimited fibre broadband throughout house. Conservatory with dining table and an additional sitting area. Large kitchen with all amenities, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. plenty of pots and pans. Would describe myself as fairly clean and tidy round the house but not obsessive!

The house is double glazed with combi boiler so plenty of hot water and comfortable room temperatures all year round. The bathroom is shared but always kept clean and no issues with getting in there when you need to. Garden is south facing with fantastic views of the valley.

There is a pub in the village but no local shop, very limited public transport so a car would be required - off road parking available. I'd like my new house mate to think of this as a house share rather than just a room let, the whole house and garden is available for you to enjoy.

I enjoy some socialising with my house sharers if you feel the same but no pressure either way.

I've been letting the rooms out for the last 10 years or so and have had mainly longer staying lodgers which hopefully says good things, I'm easy going and friendly so I'm sure you'll feel at home here. I would prefer lodgers that work day shifts as it fits in better for the household.

The advertised rate and deposit are non negotiable. Advertised as short term let as property is sold and expecting completion in August.
