Close to Junction 23 of the M1 and Junction 13 of the A42. 10 mins from Loughborough, East Midlands Airport and Sutton Bonington Veterinary School Campus.

3 minutes walk to bus stop for Loughborough (15 minute bus journey) and the train station (20 minute bus journey).

Nice area, house faces out onto green and has large back garden (recently re-vamped with large patio). Short walk to countryside and local shop nearby. Tesco Express 10 mins walk away.

Previously had pilots training at East midlands staying for 1-2 months. Short lets must provide passport and proof of address in advance if you wish to turn up and stay. Cash only on arrival and full deposit still required. Can provide bedding/towels if necessary, and kitchen consumables for small donation to costs :)
