House has new kitchen, big garden, 2 beds, off road parking and a garden room, which I am happy for you to convert into your own space (office/lounge etc) if you want to.
I have one very quiet whippet, who is good with other dogs, but not cat friendly.
Room is a good size double with loads of storage. All bills including wifi are included - you'd only need to pay for any phonecalls.
Happy to talk about term time only rentals for students or weekday rentals if needed.
