A very nice room decorated to suit modern tastes. The room is in a 2 bedroomed modern house, with shared bathroom. There is a Desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, understorage drawers in bed. Furniture new and new memory foam mattress, bed is very comfortable. fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, fridge and freezer, Lounge cosy with TV etc. Large garden area with patio furniture.

Sileby is a popular village with plenty of shopping, with two small supermarkets Tescos and Costcutter. Small independent shops and post office.
Train station in walking distance, offering services to Leicester, Loughborough, and London. Bus service to local area. The town of Syston is 4 miles away with retail outlets, bigger supermarkets, petrol etc. Great location central midlands.

Landlady is a professional yoga teacher and natural therapist. Very sociable house, warm welcoming and cosy atmosphere.
Landlady lives at the property and lifestyle is flexible. I am home sometimes and then away for a while. I am well traveled and interesting person, loves to cook and enjoys good conversion.
Landlady has 2 grown up children who vist occasionally but do not stay or live in the house. I would like to welcome the right person to share and enjoy my house.

I am looking for a tenant who has similar interests to myself, who is tidy and clean. I have a lot of respect for my house and would expect the same from my tenant.

I try to keep a tidy house within reason. I have a cleaner once a month.
