A double room has become available in a four bedroom detached house in an idyllic rural village location with a live in landlord. The village has two pubs. There are four rooms and two bathrooms each with showers and the main bathroom also has a bath. This accommodation would suite a professional working in the area from Monday to Friday and due to the design of the house, the tenant would have almost sole use of the downstairs bathroom housing both a shower and bath. The current owners and occupiers are a couple ( one of who works away during the week). We are looking for a considerate, clean, tidy and easy going tenant who has no objection to a very friendly and chilled out dog. The village of South Luffenham is commutable distance to Stamford (6) miles, Peterborough (17) miles Leicester (24) miles and Corby (15) miles.
