My name's Sophie and I am a considerate, quiet, non-smoking secondary school teacher. I have a furnished double room to rent in my Victorian terrace in South Wigston.
I am looking for a quiet, clean and tidy lodger, preferably short to mid-term, ideally Mon-Friday.
All bills included (includes WiFi but not phone and food!) Shared access to kitchen and bathroom facilities. Room to rent is furnished: double bed, leather armchair, bookcases, small tables, lamp, large wardrobe, desk optional. Quiet residential one-way street. I don't have any pets.
£340 pcm. £170 deposit (ie two week's rent in advance). Or weekly, £85.
I am in South Wigston, LE18 4 (drive to Fosse Park shopping, train/bus/drive to Leics city centre, 4 mins walk to large 24hr Tesco). About 10-15 mins drive from Junction 21 of M1/M69.
