Flat over shop, with small garden. Quiet, but close to amenities e. g. major supermarket, doctor's surgery, bike shop, post office. Good bus service, rail station close by, good cycling routes, on-street parking. There is no TV licence, if you want that then it would be an extra £12 per month! Double glazed, gas central heating, nice kitchen, spacious living room, bath with electric shower. I'm looking for someone with a bit of humour and intelligence, male or female.
