We are moving out of a lovely two bedroomed flat in Stoneygate after nearly 3 years and therefore have the flat to offer for rent.

Both bedrooms are spacious, with the back room slightly larger than the front - both easily fit a double bed plus wardrobe and other furniture though.

The bathroom has both a bath and shower cubicle and again is spacious. Kitchen has lots of cupboard space and comes equipped with oven/hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. The living room is huge - easily enough room for a dining table as well as sofas etc!

The garden is large and well-maintained - the landlord provides everything necessary to keep it under control. Due to the nature of the street, there is always plenty of parking available right outside the flat.

Rent is £297. 50 each per month, internet £12 each per month and council tax around £65 per month each. Water/electric bills vary, but are reasonable.

The flat is unfurnished but if this is an issue, I have furniture that I am looking to pass on.
