Double room to rent on London Rd, Stoneygate

Hi,

I have a spare furnished double room in my flat in Stoneygate. It is a 2nd floor flat (there is a tiny lift!) that has access to a communal garden and has off street parking and the use of a garage can be discussed. The flat is close to Queen's Rd, Leicester city centre, Victoria Park, Leicester university, DMU and Leicester Royal Infirmary.

Although the room is not en-suite, there is a full bathroom and a separate small cloakroom, which makes mornings easier!

I am happy to email people additional photos of the flat, both internal and external if they want more information before making a decision.

Also, although I have stated I am a smoker, I only smoke outside and the flat itself if a no-smoking home.

I am looking for an easy going person who is relatively clean and tidy. I work 9-5 and tend to lead quite a quiet life, although enjoy sharing a bottle of wine at the end of the week whilst putting the world to rights (or talking rubbish) and very occasionally have friends/ family come to stay at weekends in the 3rd bedroom in my home- there are no plans to rent that room out to anyone.
