Room to let in big, comfortable Stoneygate house

We are looking for a roomie to take our spacious (3. 8m by 4m) room. There is no lease, just a month’s notice, secured by one month’s rent as deposit. The house has three bathrooms and two sitting rooms, so sharing doesn’t get crowded and your privacy is respected. The £350 rent includes all utility bills. It’s not a party house but it’s not a monastery either. You can contact our previous tenants who will be happy to supply a landlord reference on request.
 The area is safe and surrounded by good architecture, Queens Road with its shops and bars and Victoria Park are all close by. There are buses, but it’s an easy walk to Leicester Univeristy or into town.
