We have a large newly decorated room available in our luxury detached country home in a quiet village close to Melton Mowbray. Easy commuting distance to Leicester, Nottingham, Oakham, Loughbough, East Midlands Airport.

Our house is on the edge of the village, enjoying beautiful views over rolling countryside.

Room can be supplied fully furnished or part furnished depending on requirements. Rent is inclusive of all bills except food.

Room has a double bed, TV, large chest of drawers, easy chair and a stunning view over Leicestershire countryside. Private bathroom with WC, bidet, bath and shower.

Wireless broadband is included.
Shared kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, large Range oven. Secure parking on private driveway.

Large garden with a 3 acre paddock with spendid views of the countryside.

The village has a friendly local pub which also has an Indian Restaurant and takeaway service.

We would ideally like quiet professionals. The price reflects the high standard of the house and size of rooms. We are happy to consider week day/term only and short term lettings.

We are a professional married couple with no children and are used to sharing our home with lodgers.
