Iwould like to share my home with one other person, preferably 'mature'. The house is a two bed terraced property in a quiet location. There is no off road parking but parking on the road is not a problem for me. The house is double glazed and centrally heated and has a garden which I hope will provide fresh fruit and veg this year. The kitchen is new and the whole house has been redecorated since I moved in 2 years ago and is kept clean. There is only one bathroom. There are two ground floor rooms which you are welcome to use and your bedroom is a double. The bedroom is partly furnished at present so you will have a choice of taking it unfurnished if preferred. There is use of all facilities including washing machine and there is wifi. I am veggie and my ideal sharer would not be cooking steak and chips every night.
