Double ensuite room - welcoming home!

I have a lovely, homely 3 bed house in Uppingham and have a spare room that I would like to rent.

It is a double room, is fully furnished and includes and entire wall of fitted wardrobes. The room is on the second floor alongside the sitting room and has an ensuite bathroom. The house is fully furnished and on the second floor is a large sitting room with a digital tv. Also there is a study downstairs that is pretty much empty so if you fancied turning it into a little sitting room then we could certainly work something out!

Currently, I live here with my boyfriend Johnny and our two cats - Luna & Toulouse. I work a lot during the week so like to relax on days off alongside keeping the house clean and getting out and about! The house is a great size so no feeling of getting under peoples feet either!

The room is £400PCM with bills included. There is a washing machine and dryer in a separate utility room downstairs and we have bt broadband as well. (If Mon-Fri accommodation - prices can be negotiated).

There is also a lovely garden - great for BBQs and sitting out in the sun! There is a garage to the rear of the property so that if storage is needed - I am sure we could accommodate.
