Double room for Rent

I have a double room to rent in the Wigston area of Leicester.
The room has a built in wardrobe, a double bed and a set of draws. It is carpeted and has curtains.

The price per month is £375 this includes water, gas, electricity, wifi and council tax.
The land line is not in the agreement.

My house has off road parking and if you do not have a car there is a bus stop in front of my house which will take you to town.
There is a Spar shop, a chip shop and a hair dressers, 5 minutes walk away.
Wigston is a 20minute walk away.

In my house you have use of the Kitchen and utilities, the washing machine and dishwasher. I have one bathroom and 2 toilets. I also have a living room which can also be used.
I have a front and back Garden, the property is semi-detached and the neighbours are very pleasant, the area is quiet.
I am a professional and I work a shift pattern.

*Please note I have had a few applicants who have promised the world but left me short. I will want a copy of some kind of ID. If I get a bad feeling off you then the answer will be no and due to my last tenant being challenging no DSS or family will pay for you applicants either.
