This house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Possibility of a room coming up for rent near to town and the hospital, this room will be ready mid august, The house is a family house, although due to a break up with myself and my wife there only me living here, in the week, but, my 2 young children come home every other weekend, so that is something we will both need to consider, its a nice house with a private garden ,I'm a self employed professional, and would ideally prefer someone who would have occupation too, it will be very strange sharing my house with someone, although I'm sure I could get used to it., any potential housemate please get in touch,
The are bus stops right outside the house, and the hospital is 5 minutes away, and shops just down the road.
