I have spent a year renovating my home and I would now like to rent out a room to a professional lady. The house is close to town centre and local amenities. Within walking distance of the hospital and college. The newly fitted kitchen has a dish washer and there is a shower room downstairs and bathroom upstairs. Off road parking is available and wifi. My ideal house mate would be clean and tidy and respect her surroundings. Non smoking household I do have a very small dog and a cat.
