Double Room - looking for possible interest

Hello!

I am currently making the decision to rent my double room out as I am moving away towards Market Deeping for a new job opportunity.

The single room in my flat is already being rented by a lovely guy called Jay (28/30).
I have lived with him for over a year so I can vouch for him as a roommate.

It is situated on Wyberton West Road, Boston and would be left furnished/part furnished - which is preferred.

I would be looking for £350-£400pm which would include all bills except the flat has a "pay-as-you-go" electricity system it would be up to you to manage your own elec. (on average I was using about £10pw)

The kind of broadband package you want is to be discussed but could be included.

I am still in the early stages therefore it would not be available right away - but I thought I would see if anybody would be interested and I am happy to compromise to accommodate.
