Approx. 250 metres from Boultham Park. Close to two post offices, local shops, bus routes with easy access to city centre. Just off Newark Rd, with easy access to A46 and A15. Sainsbury supermarket is 1 mile away, 2x Tesco locals are less distance and Aldi and Lidl are very close too.

I am downstairs in a separate area, with separate facilities.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a powerful shower over bath and a kitchen, which is fully fitted with oven, hob, sink unit, washing machine, fridge-freezer microwave, cutlery, china etc. Share with one other male lodger.

The room is fully furnished with a kingsizebed (with drawer storage underneath) large capacity wardrobe, and ample storage and shelves. (bedding and towels not included)
