You would be renting a furnished double bedroom (with new bed) and have the primary use of the main bathroom (shower over bath, sink and toilet), the communal living areas are the living room and kitchen/dinner – there is also a downstairs WC.
The house is situated on a quiet street with no through traffic and has field views. While being walking distance from the town centre and Bourne outdoor swimming pool the house is on the outskirts of Bourne making it easy to commute to Peterborough and surrounding areas.
The house has a rear south facing garden with side access. There is a Carport for two cars, my car has one of these spaces, you will have use of the other. You will also have use of the Wi-Fi
