Double furnished room to rent in beautiful 3 bed cottage. Located in a picturesque village just a couple of a minutes away from Stamford town centre and 15 minutes from Peterborough. House boasts periodic wooden beams throughout and a large open wood fireplace and a lovely large landscaped garden.

My ideal housemate would be a female around the same age as me, likes to have a laugh and doesn't take themselves too seriously but of course must be neat and tidy and considerate of others. I have one cat so would also need to be accepting of pets!
