Room available from Mid September . Very large double room, king size bed, in large tidy and clean house with full amenities . Quiet location with drive way parking for 6 cars. Ideal commute for Spalding / Peterborough and surrounding areas . Room has large tv , wardrobe etc and countryside views.

Ideal lodger would not smoke but if they do outside smoking is ok!

The atmosphere in the house is relaxed and friendly and one occupant is only in the house 4 nights a week and returns home at the weekend. I have 2 cats and chickens kept at the end of the large garden .
