Self-contained character barn conversion

Everyone who stays here loves it. We have converted a former cow byre into stylish self contained accommodation with fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating, lounge area, double bed and bathroom with shower. The barn has excellent wi-fi access. Outside is a lawn area, adjacent to the main house. We would prefer a single professional person as a tenant. All costs included in rental. Denton is a lovely quiet conservation village in the Vale of Belvoir, with extensive walking and cycling on the doorstep, just five miles west of Grantham, with easy access to A1 / A52 and offering an easy commute to London. The Welby Arms pub is a great local on the doorstep
We have a dog in the main house so you will need to like dogs!
