Double room in rural cottage (Boston 6 Miles)

Double room available in peaceful rural area (for single person, may consider couples). The cottage is cosy, has lots of off road parking, large garden, and some storage if needed. I am looking for a quiet/peaceful professional if possible. This is a home, not just a house.

(Location: Boston around 6 miles, horncastle 12 miles)

The tenant will be sharing the house with one other, although they will usually have the house completely to themselves.

Tenant must like peaceful surrounds, be able to drive and likes the idea of living in a rural environment. An easy going, friendly, honest individual is a must.

The room is fairly large, with double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, mirrored draw unit and currently a large desk (which can be removed if needed).

The house is fully furnished with everything included. All bills and broadband included (however, downloading should be kept to a minimal to avoid high costs).

Please note that although the house has a considerable amount of renovation, further work may continue in the future (this will not affect a tenant).
