Well appointed room in an annex of a lovely modern house, rural setting, very private location. The accommodation is in excellent condition, the annex has its own entrance, hall, kitchen/diner a lovely sitting room with french doors and a wood burner. Upstairs you will find the room to rent which is a double bedroom and shower room/toilet.
All very light and airy in excellent order.
The property has secure parking and a garden area.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is WIFI also.
The village is between Louth, Cleethorpes & Grimsby and around 25 minutes drive the the Factories in Immingham and Killingholme, Hull & Lincoln being 50 minutes drive. The village has pub within walking distance serving food, a tennis court and excellent water sport center at the nearby reservoir. The location is very rural and peaceful transport is essential.
The ideal tenant must appreciate the finer things keeping the room tidy and shared areas too.
This rental is for single use only, no over night visitors . I am looking for a Mon-Fri rental only someone looking for a base whilst working in the area that goes home at weekends, I would consider the odd weekend stay.
