House:
3 bedroom end of terrace town house. Nice kitchen, garden, downstairs WC and shower room. Washing machine, washing line in garden. Not suitable for disabled access. Gas boiler with radiators.

Room:
Double room, fully furnished (double bed, wardrobes, desk with drawers, chest of drawers, bed side table, book shelves).
On second (top) floor. Has its own very nice private bathroom on the same floor with corner bath, pumped shower, plenty of extra storage. Additional storage in the boiler cupboard on the landing.
