Room to let - Mon night to Thurs night only

I have a reasonable sized downstairs single room in a modern detached house in Great Hale, near Sleaford.

You'd have use of the downstairs toilet and the utility room as a separate kitchen from the main kitchen. I have a mini fridge in there plus an electric portable hob and there's a sink and draining board. There is room for a microwave.

The shower is upstairs, so you would have access to the upstairs for the purpose of using it.

I'm a quiet person and like to keep myself to myself. I generally spend my time upstairs.

I'm looking for a lodger who is "self contained" - ie, doesn't need my company, who is considerate, tidy, quiet.

I don't allow visitors, since obviously, its my home and I can't have complete strangers coming round.

I also don't allow smoking.

I have broadband.

The rent would be £65 per week, a week being Mon night to Thursday night, since this room is available from Mon-Fri only, including gas, water and electricity.

The house is on a quiet residential estate on the edge of the village with a train station in the next village (Heckington) which is within walking distance (about half a mile away), where there is also a Co-Op and post office, butchers, and various takeaways.
