Is in a beautiful spot the beach is a 2 minute walk and Sandilands golf course is opposite. I have 2 reception rooms, large modern kitchen, a downstairs shower and toilet, three bedroom 2 doubles 1 single, and a converted attic/bedroom which has a lot of space and views.
It is easy distance of shops and skegnes
Mablethorpe, Chapel, and an hours drive to Lincoln, Louth; a bit further to Boston and Grantham.
I chose this small village for the peace, and quiet, a walk on the beach in the winter is like you have it to yourself.
There are local pubs, one which will pick you up and drop you off, and loads more nearby. I will have a spare single room which I intend to get one of those beds that can double up when visitors come. I have 2 reception rooms one has a bed sofa bed tv etc, and the other a log fire. I am pretty easy going nearly finished my degree next assignment starts October so I will be busy.. I would like to have someone I could get on with that would be a huge advantage. I have 2 children who visit twice a year( I think that is enough for them) because the they think they act older than me. I have no problems with friends visiting but they would need to pay a small amount towards the cost of heating baths etc just a nominal amount.
It may need a bit of painting after the tenant has left that is why I have given myself a week. oh and the bed in your room is brand new never been slept in, and there is a next wardrobe. Any more questions !!!! You will love it and if you don't well you can always try somewhere else. BUT YOU WILL lol
