The house is Victorian, over four floors, with a new kitchen with high quality appliances including a washing machine, Rangemaster double oven with extractor fan, microwave, Bosch dish washer and two fridgefreezers (one Neff), dining room/lounge with a table and chairs and large sofa and chair, etc and Sky TV as well. The house is a five-minute drive or easy 15-minute walk into the city centre and there's lots of free parking outside. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and the train station is 15 minutes walk away. There is a security alarm and mains wired fire safety system.

I'm the home owner and it's very much a comfortable home and in a good, peaceful area of Lincoln. The house is huge so there's plenty of space for everyone to get on with their lives without disturbing each other, but it's friendly and sociable too.
