Looking for 1 more student tenant (24/25 year )

Looking for 1 more student to fill our 6 bed house for next year (24/25 academic year)

I recently decided I wanted to move into a studio apartment for my final year of uni to accommodate my increased workload and am looking for someone to take over my room in our house.

Currently we have one original tenant, two friends of original tenants and two people who are new to the house completely. As such there is lots of room to make friends within the house.

The house is located just up the hill, a 10 minute walk from UoL campus.

It is fully furnished and well decorated, with a good atmosphere throughout.

The bedroom is one of the largest in the house, furnished with a desk, a built-in wardrobe, pinboard walls and a double bed. The window looks out the front of the house, down the hill, meaning it gets lots of sun during the day. The house has 3 bathrooms (each shared between 2 people).

The communal areas are spacious and welcoming. The kitchen and lounge are connected allowing light to pass through the house, from the garden outside. The lounge has lots of comfy seating for socializing and a large smart TV (TV license included). The kitchen has everything you would expect, along with 2 fridge-freezers and a dishwasher.

The house also has a washing machine and tumble dryer, which saves the long trek to do laundry.

There is parking for cars beside and in front of the house
