I’m looking for someone to take over my current housemates tenancy - available now! (And also for next academic year 24/25)
FIRST MONTHS RENT FREE
It’s £650 a month, fully furnished and all bills included and £70 council tax on top (if payable). Welcome to both professionals and students.
It’s city centre, 10 minute walk away from town and the university of Lincoln and has free on street parking.
It’s right opposite a variety of takeways( KFC, Domino’s, Taco Bell) and is very close to a bus stop with access into town.
House will be shared with me who lives in the upstairs bedroom and its where I spend most of my time other than working - communal areas include a office, bathroom, living area and kitchen.
Also has a outdoor area which is great in summer!
