2 rooms available - The Junxtion, Lincoln

Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy at The Junxion for 24/25 due to a change in circumstances. It would be ideal for a pair of friends as there are 2 rooms available (rooms 2 and 6). You would be moving in with 4 other lovely 2nd and 3rd year students.
Rent is £127 a week, with a £150 deposit, there are no additional bills on top of this. This is cheaper than listed on the website due to the rebooking deal so you would save £3 a week if you took this room instead as well as the added security of lovely flatmates!
The Apartment is right next campus and most university buildings are within a 2 minute walk from the apartment.
This room is part of a 6 bedroom premium apartment and is around 15m2. The room comes with a ¾ bed, plus a large study desk and chair. The room has plenty of storage space including a wardrobe which has hanging space and shelving, a bedside table and a bookshelf. The kitchens are large and come with a dishwasher, cooker, microwave, 2 x fridge/freezers, leather sofas, TV , coffee table, breakfast bar and stools and plenty of cupboard space.
The kitchen is a great space and place to hang out with friends and flatmates but you also have access to a fantastic social space which has a pool table, snooker table and a comfy seating where you can catch a movie or watch the latest football match on a 75” TV.
This is conveniently next to the laundry room so you can wait comfortably if you need to wait a few minutes for your clothes to wash and dry.
Currently laundry prices £2.60 for any wash setting and £1.40 for any of the dryer settings which is well priced in comparison to other university accommodations.
Contract runs from 13 September 2024 - 15 August 2025. (48 weeks)
Being on a top floor it has the benefit of having a nice view being able to see the university campus as well as parts of the city as well as more privacy in an inside facing room.
