The Rent includes all bills and a cleaner for communal areas. Shared house facilities are kitchen [cooker, microwave, dishwasher, etc], utility room [fridges, freezers, washing m/c] and living room with communal TV. There is external parking for residents and a sunny rear outside area for sitting. The large semi-detached house is in a quiet location off Lincoln High Street, five minutes walk away from the city centre and on a main bus route. The existing tenants are all in full-time employment and aged between 21 and 28.
