Large Bungalow in Southern Suburbs of Lincoln

Hi, I have 2 double and a single furnished room with internet access to let in Lincoln, to share with myself and my 21-year old son when he is home from University in Australia.

Ideally we are looking for a non-smokers either Professionals, between 20 and 65 and/or post graduate students but we are happy to accept others who can fit into the household with their fellow tenants. We would prefer an easy-going, responsible, independant to share a family home.

Whilst it is attractively furnished I still have to replace some of the furniture I disposed of prior to redecoration last year and disposed of this year by the insurance company. The rooms for renting will require some new furniture and will refurnished where necessry in agreement with incoming tenants.

The Bungalow comes with all amenities (garden, gas central heating, power showers, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, broadband and Sky TV).

Tenants will have use of their rooms, the kitchen, their shared lounge/dining room, their bathroom and the guest toilet including access to cable TV, DVD and video player in their room via Virgin media wireless internet connection.

My Bungalow is located off Brant Road under the lincoln Edge in the southern suburbs of the city. It is within 50 yards of the 13 bus route and bus stops and near the Larne Road Termini for the 14 bus route making it convenient for the city centre and university.

No party animals wanted as tenants are expected to respect the privacy, life style and work/study patterns of their fellow tenants.
