Housemate Wanted

Our house is located off Monks Road, it is close to the city centre and hospital and is a short walk to the main university campus. The street is very quiet and opposite the Arboretum park. Also there is a co-op with a post office at the top of the street.

We have 3 furnished double rooms to rent. The room include double beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. In our house we share a kitchen and living space. We have one shared bathroom with shower and bath and an upstairs toilet. The living room boasts a 50 inch tv with full sky package. We have 120mb wi-fi. We have a good size garden with decking and a BBQ. All bills are included in the rent (Water, electricity, gas, tv licence, council tax, virgin package and broadband etc).

We currently have 2 professionals living in the house. Joe (landlord) is 25 and a computer engineer (however he works away most of the time) and Mila who works as a support worker with individuals with personality disorder. We are all very tidy and enjoy living in a clean, tidy and considerate environment. It is essential that our new housemates has the same values. We both enjoy socialising- we are happy to have a night at home or go out with friends. We are active and enjoy exercising, travelling or exploring at weekends.
