The house has plenty of space including 2 living areas, a dining room as well as a breakfast bar in the kitchen and a small garden that has a decked area perfect for bbqs.
The house has a garage and free allocated parking spaces.
I bought the house and moved here not very long ago and would really like to meet new people in the area as well as have a little help with the mortgage. However, during the week I just like to relax after work.
(Someone to share the occasional bottle of wine with would be a bonus!!)
The house is a very short walking distance from a range of convenient shops and is a safe and quiet place to live.
(Where it says 'pet' he's very small and caged and sleeps a lot during the day so doesn't exactly haveany impact! lol)
