Working in Lincoln? Room Mon-Fri in owner's house

Double (for single occupancy) room to let in house shared with owner. Mon-Fri lets only, no space for large amount of possessions outside room. To share living areas, kitchen and bathroom. Terrace house in quiet area, on street parking (parking pass available). West of city, handy for bypass. No more than 20 min walk to university, colleges and town centre. Recent long-term lets lasted five and three years (university professors). Would like a cat friendly adult male professional (not student), non smoker, no pets, of quiet habits who works in Lincoln during the week.
