House: Spacious, Furnished, Short Let (1 Month)

We have available for one month only for the month of June 2013 a spacious, NOW FURNISHED, double bedroom in a grand house featuring a large bathroom (bath and shower), secure front patio with outhouse/shed, small rear garden, and sizable lounge.

Location wise the house is excellent: 10 minute walk into town and it overlooks the beautiful Arboretum park on Monks Road.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy and professional who needs a room for one month only. I am friendly, respectful and can help out with moving and moving out. The other tenant is fairly sociable, keeps to himself and is quiet.

Broadband is included and there's a bunch of videogames in the lounge, kitchen is massive and appliances such as washing machine, fridge etc are all provided.

There will also be a bookcase and wardrobe in the room. The room also gets lots of sun in the mornings as it is east facing.

All in all, it's a great let for the price (all bills included including council tax, water, gas, electric, broadband etc) so come have a look! :)
