I am a professional woman looking for one/two lodgers.
We have two small friendly house dogs so animal friendly people preferred, however they will not bother you when going about your day to day business.
Small pets, but not dogs, are ok by negotiation (only due to one of the dogs I have not being great with other dogs).
There is a shared living area which also houses gym equipment (for the use of everyone)
