I have a huge double room with private bathroom on the St. Georges Park area of Lincoln, sharing with a 31 year old professional female. I am due to leave at the end of January 2015, however I can leave earlier than that if necessary. The rent is £325 per month plus bills which are usually around £160 each per month. There is a nice garden, and parking with a garage.
