Large double room available (not a houseshare)

We have a spacious, furnished double room in a large, luxurious Victorian house.
All bills are included (wifi, heating, electricity, water etc...)

This is not a student house share nor anything similar and would suit a professional, we would consider couples at an agreed extra charge.

You will also have use of a fully equipped kitchen and living room.
All mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc...)

The large bay fronted room has a sink area, storage space, double bed with mattress and there is also a modern bathroom adjacent to the room. Outlook is of lovely views of the common and beyond, the house is only moments walk from the riverbank, walks, parks and town centre.
